This was introduced to me by Maiwenn, my beautiful partner work on 1love 1heart Retreats, we prepared it together on our last Retreat in Thailand 1 month ago and I can’t get enough, I just love it.
I normally have it three times a week after my yoga practice. To start the day with a big smile and full of energy the rest of the day.
Recipe: Smoothie Bowl
1 handful spinach
1 tablespoon spirulina
1scoop sun warrior plant protein powder, or any that you have
1tble spoon maca powder
1spon clean NUT butter
1spon of oats
This gives approx 25g of protein per serving of protein power! And it´s plant based so you absorb ALL of it!
The MACCA helps for energy and balance hormones, brain, power, energy.
Banana for potassium extra
Nuts butter because it tastes amazing with it in! yummy
Spirulina for the B12 , protein, antioxidants … In fact it´s one of the most nutrients dense foods on the planet.
Oats to help release sugars slowly! ENJOY and have a beautiful sunny day!
